Contactless Reception

There is no physical Reception at Peppertree Apartments however we are only a phone call away should you need anything or have any questions. Contact us at +61 3 51408933 or email admin@peppertreeapartments.com.au

Check-in and Check-out

On the date of your check-in, or prior to this, we will send you an email and a SMS with check in details. This message will contain your apartment number and an access code to your apartment that will be valid for the duration of your stay.

Check in is anytime from 2pm.

Check out is anytime from 10am.

Servicing

A full house-keeping service, including linen change, is provided every 5 days. Please leave your apartment neat prior to a service with no dirty pots, pans or dishes left out in the kitchen.

Payment and Confirmation

Prior to checking in we will require a copy of your driver’s license / photo id, you can email it to us or send by SMS.

Full payment for your stay is generally required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed with management. A valid credit card is required upon booking.

The credit card provided at the time of booking will be the credit card charged for the stay unless alternative arrangements have been made.

Should you require a tax invoice please request this at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

The Guest may cancel without penalty up to 48 hours before the Check in Date. Cancellations within 48 hours of the Check in Date will result in the Guest being charged for the cost of the first night of the accommodation.

Parking

There is off-street parking provided for one car per apartment booked. Please only park in the space designated for your apartment.

There is one car space shared between the two studio apartments which is on a first come first served basis. There is ample on-street parking available on both Macalister Street and Dundas Street.

Longer commercial vehicles or cars with trailers will need to park on Macalister Street or Dundas Street.

Guest information and Assistance

There is a Guest Information Book in each apartment which includes WiFi details and information on local restaurants and attractions. It also has information on how to operate any of the appliances in your apartment.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments and will incur a $500 penalty. Smoking is permitted only on the patio / balcony areas of the one bed apartments or in the designated area to the rear of the laundry.  Please use the ashtrays provided.

Please shut apartment and balcony / patio doors when smoking to avoid smoke drifting inside.

Noise and Parties

Peppertree Apartments are located on a quiet residential street, parties and loud noise are strictly prohibited. Only people that form part of the original booking are permitted to be in the apartments after 9:30pm.

Damage

Any loss or damage to property, linen or furnishings is at the guest’s expense. Any excessive cleaning required may result in an additional cleaning surcharge which will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.

Pets

Pets are strictly prohibited at all times.
